All-Way-Blade

Application
The all-way blade is used to level mogul pistes, to remove snowdrifts, to produce traverses and lift tracks, for snow clearing work and to fill in snowless places.

Operation
Control of the all-way blade is achieved hydraulically with the single-lever control valve. In U-form the all-way blade is used to level mogul pistes and to transport snow. In its straight form or set at an angle it is particularly suitable for producing traverses and tracks. The bow ensures that the snow rolls off and out effectively, whereby the middle section can also be set at an angle. The all-way blade can be hydraulically controlled from the driver’s seat: lifting and lowering, setting the angle. Swinging to the side, tilting in relation to the surface, angling and extending individual outer apron sections, swimming position.

Design
All-way blade as a one-piece steel construction with straight middle section and movable outer parts, tooth strip at the bottom as well as snow dispersal grid on top over all sections. Special snow-repellent paint. Pushing frame with cross bars and take-up frames for attachment of the blade. Hydraulic system with hydraulic cylinders, hoses, magnetic and excess pressure safety valves.
