The global market leader for snow groomers and track-setters once again showcased its extremely diverse selection of products at Mountain Planet in Grenoble from 13th to 15th April 2016: Alongside the brand-new PistenBully 100 4F, visitors also had a chance to see the PistenBully 400 ParkPro 4F, the PistenBully 600 E+, the PistenBully 600 W Polar SCR and a PistenBully Select in Grenoble. And of course the new PRO ACADEMY and SNOWsat were also presented on the Kässbohrer stand.
New: the PRO ACADEMY with Florian Profanter
PistenBully has been offering a brand-new training and education concept for all with PRO ACADEMY since April. The PRO ACADEMY is headed by Florian Profanter: for many years, he has been advising ski resorts on taking an economical, sustainable approach to snow as a resource, and within the new PRO ACADEMY is now offering – on an manufacturer-independent basis – different training modules for intelligent snow management.
SNOWsat on road to success around the world
No wonder – SNOWsat offers higher revenue at lower costs and is also good for the environment. From Europe and the USA to New Zealand, the snow and fleet management system from PistenBully is proving to be extraordinarily successful. Indeed, SNOWsat is now the global market leader of snow and fleet management systems and can look back on an extremely successful season all over the world. SNOWsat will also be proving its impressive advantages for the environment and customers' wallets in the southern hemisphere in the coming season, having been installed at resorts in New Zealand, for example.
The latest SNOWsat version, fleet management, is aimed at all types of vehicles used in the ski resort – ranging from the snow groomer to the snowmobile and digger. This means every deployment can be fully planned and then documented too.
First time in France: PistenBully 100 4F
The new vehicle and operating concept of the PistenBully 100 4F is groundbreaking and impresses thanks to intuitive controls. Countless modifications, complete innovations and patents have been developed based on numerous workshops with customers all over the world. It's not just the engine that makes the PistenBully “multi-talent” the most powerful in its class. The fact that it comes ready for EU Stage 5 once again emphasises the future-oriented approach of Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG.
Flexible professional tool: PistenBully 400 ParkPro 4F
In the PistenBully 400 ParkPro 4F interested visitors had the chance to watch a 3D animation and 360° video of a snow park being created, while a contortionist put on a show emphasising the flexibility of this special vehicle.
Mountain Planet marked the end of a season that has not been easy for the industry. And yet – many intensive chats and discussions with extremely interested customers about their exciting projects have made us optimistic about winter 2016/17 in all areas.
