Extended order acceptance times

For the upcoming winter season, Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG in Laupheim is once again offering its customers especially extended order acceptance times for spare parts. This will meet the customers' high demands for reliable availability of spare parts and low downtimes during the winter months. It couldn't be any faster - and PistenBully is thus the leader in speed and reliability of spare parts delivery worldwide. 

So the spare parts department accepts orders throughout the winter, from now until April 15th 2022, even until 5 p.m. Orders for shipment by overnight express (national) or DHL (international) are processed and shipped on the same day the order is placed. As before, stock orders should ideally be submitted by 3 p.m. at the latest.  After this time, the focus is on orders for operationally necessary parts that are needed for a specific case of damage. 

This ensures that these urgent orders are processed the same day and shipped immediately by overnight express (national) or DHL (international). In case of doubt, the spare parts sales department of Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG will decide directly on processing.  On weekends and public holidays our on-call service is available to you as usual.
