The Next Step on the Path to Becoming a Pro
With the ProAcademy Camp in Sölden, Kässbohrer is once again offering a special training programme this year for aspiring PistenBully drivers. In November, theory and practice come together under real winter conditions on the Rettenbach Glacier. The camp is aimed both at newcomers and at motivated drivers who want to deepen their knowledge and prepare in the best possible way for the upcoming winter season.
Learning where slopes are made
Following a sound theoretical introduction, participants spend the majority of their training time directly in the PistenBully. Together with experienced ProAcademy trainers Anthony Bowman, Marvin Seibezeder and Roland Winkler, they deepen their knowledge of driving technique, vehicle understanding and professional slope preparation. Particular emphasis is placed on efficient and resource-saving work, safety in daily operation, and the correct maintenance and care of the machines.
Intensive, practical and individual
What makes the ProAcademy Camp special is the intensive support provided directly in the vehicle. Thanks to the personal guidance of the trainers, participants receive immediate feedback and can develop their skills step by step. In this way, the training not only conveys technical skills, but also creates the necessary understanding of the daily requirements in a ski resort.

In addition to practical learning, the camp offers an ideal platform for exchanging ideas with industry colleagues and like-minded participants.
