AlpinFlexTiller SmartCut

The AlpinFlexTiller SmartCut is based on our well-known and proven AlpinFlexTiller Comfort, which has itself set standards. We have retained everything that works – and yet improved it fundamentally. A new tiller tooth geometry and a new finisher profile (as well as further improvements) ensure that ice and snow are milled even finer and compacted better. And with that, greater running smoothness, improved tracking and better snow transport.
The result: an even finer, more uniform corduroy structure – and better stability and durability of the slope. Basically, it’s slope tuning.
Because a slope that looks good must also be good. And vice versa.

The AlpinFlexTiller SmartCut impresses in all snow conditions with excellent performance. The tiller halves can be easily locked hydraulically from the cab. The finisher support enables optimal adaptation to the terrain through the “windscreen wiper system,” and the large protector prevents snow from getting onto the tiller or the already groomed slope. Thus, the end product is a perfect slope.

Best Tilling Results
The optimal tiller shafts are responsible for snow preparation as well as transport within the tiller box. In addition, a large tiller pump supplies the AlpinFlexTiller SmartCut with optimal rotational speed and perfect torque even under the toughest operating conditions. The powerful shock absorbers guarantee even contact pressure of the tiller. The standard camera on the tiller provides an optimal view of the slope – thanks to the LED headlights even at night.

Side Finishers
The hydraulically foldable side finishers prevent the formation of edge ridges and ensure a flawless transition during overlapping grooming. The side finishers can be excellently adjusted via the adjustable hydraulic cylinder with constant contact pressure and fold to the side when a certain resistance is reached.

Service Friendliness
Easily accessible hydraulic valves mounted on top of the tiller make maintenance easier and simplify retrofitting, e.g., of track setters. The robust design of the tiller shaft and the tiller teeth made of high-strength fine-grain steel ensure low wear and tear.
