Once again, customers from all over the world flocked to the AfterWork Party 2016 at the Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG company headquarters in Laupheim from 10th to 12th May 2016. As on previous occasions, the more than 1,300 guests from 24 countries turned this "family celebration" into something very special.
Entertainment with new concept
The Biathlon competition was the highlight for the fifth time - up to 70 teams battled daily for the main prize - a PistenBully for 4 free weeks. The main prize remained the same - the competition was different: this time PistenBully took everyone to the fair - a carnival of a very special kind with different stations, at which people could compete. In various "disciplines" such as speed nailing, basketball throwing and goal shooting, swingboats and can throwing, a total of 200 teams competed to win the main prize which was awarded this year to the Jennerbahn from Upper Bavaria.
Products up close
There were things to see all over the site: in addition to a classic PistenBully 125 made in 1969, guests were of course as usual offered the opportunity to have a closer look at all the current PistenBully models: the PistenBully 100 4F with its ground-breaking vehicle and operating concept, a PistenBully 600 E+ and the PistenBully 400 ParkPro. Detailed info about SNOWsat and GreenTech was logically on hand as well. Customers had the chance to find out about the new PRO ACADEMY and all its different modules in conversation with Florian Profanter. Tours of the factory rounded off the info programme.
The PistenBully cinema, meanwhile, showed spectacular award-winning PistenBully videos from the USA and Europe.
Future trends for the next generation
Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG is also attaching ever more importance to its commitment to maintaining the appeal of skiing and making this magnificent sport accessible to the next generation. PistenBully supports these objectives through several initiatives, such as "Your winter. Your sport.", the Biathlon Centre in Ulm-Dornstadt or the SBW (Ski Associations of Baden Württemberg). There were several informative presentations on this theme on the press day, giving the press representatives a wealth of insight into this subject.
And everyone knows it wouldn't be a genuine party without decent refreshments and really good music! That's what the AfterWork Party in Laupheim is ultimately famous for after all. And so once again, the celebrations went on late into the night for the great end to this year's winter season.
Here are the results.
